Prairie Lakes Dental is a provider of Delta Dental and the Premier Dental Group insurance companies. We submit these claims on your behalf at no charge. Insurance prior authorizations can be submitted upon treatment request.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. We offer a 5% discount for those without insurance and paying with cash or check.
